2020 — Post COVID-19
As COVID-19 left millions of Indians desperately searching for work, Mr. Manmohan Singh Parmar was offered a new, lucrative package in Noida. He turned it down — and chose instead to build a recruitment firm that would always be 100% free for candidates, no matter what.
2020 — Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Parmar Consultancy Services (PCS) was established in Noida — one of India's very few pure non-profit job consultancies. Operating through parmarcs.com, PCS quickly built a Pan-India presence serving job seekers across IT, BFSI, manufacturing, and more with zero charges to candidates.
August 2023 — Patna, Bihar
Wonton Consulting Private Limited (WCPL) was officially incorporated on 13 August 2023, registered with the Registrar of Companies in Patna, Bihar. As a proud part of the PCS family and under the chairmanship of Mr. Manmohan Singh Parmar, WCPL was built to extend the free-recruitment mission with fresh energy and a dynamic new identity.
2023–2024
Through WCPL and parmarcs.com, thousands of students across India have completed internships in HR, recruitment, and allied fields. WCPL's virtual intern batches — run with dedication by a growing team — earned a 4.6-star rating on Justdial from 169 reviewers, and built a LinkedIn following of over 11,000.
